cold: An R Package for the Analysis of Count Longitudinal Data

نویسندگان

چکیده

This paper describes the R package cold for analysis of count longitudinal data. In this marginal and random effects models are considered. both cases estimation is via maximization exact likelihood serial dependence among observations assumed to be Markovian type referred as integer-valued autoregressive order one process. For adaptive Gaussian quadrature Monte Carlo methods used compute integrals whose dimension depends on structure effects. written partly in language, Fortran 77, interfaced through built following S4 formulation methods.

GeoXp: An R Package for Exploratory Spatial Data Analysis

We present GeoXp, an R package implementing interactive graphics for exploratory spatial data analysis. We use data bases coming from the spdep package to illustrate the use of these exploratory techniques based on the coupling between a statistical graph and a map. Besides elementary plots like boxplots, histograms or simple scatterplots, GeoXp also couples maps with Moran scatterplots, variog...

openair - An R package for air quality data analysis

openair is an R package primarily developed for the analysis of air pollution measurement data but which is also of more general use in the atmospheric sciences. The package consists of many tools for importing and manipulating data, and undertaking a wide range of analyses to enhance understanding of air pollution data. In this paper we consider the development of the package with the purpose ...

GWRM: An R Package for Identifying Sources of Variation in Overdispersed Count Data

Understanding why a random variable is actually random has been in the core of Statistics from its beginnings. The generalized Waring regression model for count data explains that inherent variability is given by three possible sources: randomness, liability and proneness. The model extends the negative binomial regression model and it is not included in the family of generalized linear models....

Wrapped: An R package for circular data

The Wrapped package computes the probability density function, cumulative distribution function, quantile function and also generates random samples for many univariate wrapped distributions. It also computes maximum likelihood estimates, standard errors, confidence intervals and measures of goodness of fit for nearly fifty univariate wrapped distributions. Numerical illustrations of the packag...

JM: An R Package for the Joint Modelling of Longitudinal and Time-to-Event Data

In longitudinal studies measurements are often collected on different types of outcomes for each subject. These may include several longitudinally measured responses (such as blood values relevant to the medical condition under study) and the time at which an event of particular interest occurs (e.g., death, development of a disease or dropout from the study). These outcomes are often separatel...
